What is City & Guilds e-Quals IT Practitioners ?
e-Quals practitioner qualifications have been developed specifically for IT professionals.
They're ideal if you want a career as a systems support technician or as a software developer.
The practitioner qualifications are available at three levels:
Level 1 qualifications build basic skills and confidence.
Level 2 qualifications widen your knowledge and develop existing skills.
Level 3 qualifications are for those with high level IT skills who may be working
in a supervisory or management role.
Each level provides a broad and flexible grounding in the skills required by IT professionals,
and offers a range of optional units to meet specific needs or areas of interest.

For the award of an Advanced Diploma, candidates must successfully complete
the assessments for three core units Install Configure Networked Hardware, Customer Support,
System Support/Delivery plus the two optional modules as listed.
