Description :
Active Server Pages (ASP) is Microsoft's popular platform for developing server-side
Web applications. These applications can enable you to integrate databases and other resources with
your Web site. This course 'Active Server Pages' (ASP) with VBScript gives attendees the hands-on
experience they need to successfully build data-driven ASP applications using the VBScript programming language.
Students will be introduced to Basic ASP techniques and server-side scripting in VBScript.
Among other things, ASP allows persistent connections between the client and server, the development
of Client server sessions, and the access and management of Databases from the client side. ASP uses VBScript
as its native language, but it can also use JavaScript or Perl.
Prerequisites :
This ASP training class assumes knowledge of HTML,
but does not require server-side Web development experience. All participants must
be prepared to avail of the facilities at our offices, or in their own
home, in order to achieve their required level of competency.
